The Private Practice Simulator was created by Kira Yakubov Ploshansky, a licensed therapist and entrepreneur who experienced firsthand the challenges of understanding fair compensation in the mental health field.
After building a successful group practice, Heal Your Roots Wellness, Kira recognized that both practice owners and clinicians lacked transparent tools to understand the financial aspects of different career paths and compensation models.
What began as internal spreadsheets to ensure fair compensation for her own team evolved into this comprehensive simulator designed to help the entire mental health community make more informed decisions.
